It was clean, staff were fine. The room was bright, soundproof, best bathroom. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. Quick check-in, late check-out.

Our accommodation was set in a central location so close to train station, a supermarket, easy to access to city by tram. All the staff were COURTEOUS, welcoming.
Its breakfast could be included in the price.

Absolutely perfect location, cool hotel and also clean. Walking distance to stores and a supermarket across the street. Thanks to a train station located near the venue, you can travel all around Graz.

i loved the place, it was clean & the staff were fairly friendly. awesome view of lake. there was a great restaurant, a supermarket and stores next door. also, a town square was 1 mile away. the service in general was excellent.

Overall my stay was fab and I would stay there again. Everywhere was fairly clean, staff were positive, soft bed. Hotel close to restaurants and bistros. The outdoor bar was good.

We truly enjoyed this hotel and its perfect location and staff. We took a king room and it had television, a Nespresso machine and an electronic key card. There's a wide array of restaurants to choose from, like Reselstube, set within 15 minutes walk or so...
